Fuel efficiency — ratio of actual fuel used vs planned. Lower % = more efficient. Ranking compares each pilot to others flying similar route lengths (short-haul flights always show a lower raw % due to fixed reserve fuel) and adjusts so low flight counts don't dominate. Pilots under 10 qualifying flights are listed but not ranked ahead of those who've cleared that bar.
